Verified Reviewer |Called multiple times. Emailed. No...
- - Called and emailed with no resolution.
- - Recording says live reps exist but won’t transfer.
- - Two speakers don’t work; last two aren’t partycast.
Called multiple times. Emailed.
No help. Recording says there are live representatives for the times I called but wouldn't transfer me. I doubt I'll ever buy anything from here again. I have 2 speakers that are worthless for what I needed but the last 2 aren't partycast so I can't link or use them.
I'm not buying anything from here. You spend 120-180 dollars a speaker; they should be the same.
- Changed from partycast to aurora so having 4 boom 2 are pointless
Preferred solution: 2 speakers that will match my other 2. Having 2 partycast and 2 aurora boom 2 speakers. Waste of money I bought so they can all connect
Charged i never made
- - Unauthorized withdrawals of 253.90 occurred and the merchant was notified.
- - Second 253.90 withdrawal on a new card was blocked and refunded.
I had a withdrawal of $253.90 from Soundcore, a company I had never heard of. Then I notified them.
It was dropped a week later. I got a new debit card, and then there was another withdrawal of $253.90 on the new card; it was taken out this time. The bank stopped it, and I have the money back in my account.
They only help you through email. They don't try too hard to get your money refunded.
- No personal help just email

Verified ReviewerDid not receive protection plan I paid for
- - Paid for a 2-year protection plan but didn't receive it.
- - Delivery notice claimed 12/19; it never arrived.
- - Customer service is hard to reach.
I have tried to talk to a human at Soundcore regarding the 2-year protection plan I paid for and did not receive. I did receive a notice that the protection plan was delivered on 12/19, in advance of delivery of the ear buds, but I received no such delivery.
I am disappointed at the lack of accessibility to customer service by your company. Inasmuch as I really like the A30 earbuds, I may have thought better of purchasing if I knew I would not have any customer service to speak of.
- Great quality audio products
- Impossible to talk to a human from customer service
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
My headphones are not working properly
- - Left earcup not functioning on Soundcore Q30 wireless headphones.
- - Warranty is almost six months in; TRN 104028****00003 and doc NAEGB006339****.
I'm waiting to report an issue with my Soundcore Q30 wireless headphones. The left side is not functioning properly, and I've attached a description of the issue.
My headphones are almost 6 months into the warranty period.
Could you please guide me on the next steps to get this repaired or replaced? My order details are TRN 104028****00003 and source document number NAEGB006339****.
Preferred solution: Repaired or replaced
Question about earbud failure
- - Earbuds failed and were removed from the phone's connected devices.
- - It seems a password may be needed to activate them.
- - Model is Soundcore Liberty 2.
I wanted to know why my earbuds failed to properly function, somehow they were removed from my phones list of wi fi coverage devices. Looks like I need a pass word to activate them.. (Soundcore liberty 2)
Can you help.

Verified Reviewer |Lack of apology, AI "Customer" Based Service
- - Arrived opened and used with hair and fingerprints; it didn't work.
- - Express shipping was paid with a guarantee of on-time delivery.
I give the AI: 'Customer' centric service a -1000%!
AI 'Customer' based Soundcore what?
Hey world!
I purchased a Soundcore Black Friday Special Space One Pro a few days ago.
I paid for express shipping and a 'guarantee' the item would arrive on time and be replaced if it didn't and in new working order.
I received the item about 5 days later (not sure that was express); however, the item was already opened with obvious signs of use, a hair, some fingerprint smudges; it was all I could do to get it to work.
Fast forward: I let customer service know by email and got a canned AI response. Replied again and once again got a canned AI response. I indicated I was tired of AI responses and a human (?) named Anna Schneider replied (CSR).
I was requested the S/N from the item and sent it to her in a photo.
I have previously used the Amazon Soundcore entry-level headphone, but it didn't completely remove all sound; that was my goal.
Unfortunately, I can't speak to this one; besides rave reviews from Forbes and others, mine didn't work, even with a complete Windows reinstall.
What bothers me most is no one said 'sorry' or anything of the sort. It is not just defective; it was used and defective.
Please be wary of dealing with this company; thoroughly research other reviews of their customer service handling.
Additionally, Soundcore, it seems, is part of the Anker (think battery accessories) family. Who knew?
Thank you for reading and your awareness,
JH
- When new
- Superior product
- Bad ai customer service
- Sleazy guarantee you pay extra for
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Research Customer Service thoroughly, don't pay extra for their "guarantee"

Verified ReviewerWarranty claim
- - They never answered my phone calls or the email about my claim.
- - I tried calling and using the app multiple times, but there was no response.
They never answered my phone call. No one has responded to me regarding yesterday's email about my claim.
I have tried calling multiple times but no one is answering. I tried through the app as well, but there was no response there either.

Verified ReviewerLeft earbud would never pair up
- - Left earbud won't work and needs replacement.
- - There was no one to talk to for help and YouTube pairing didn't work.
Left ear bud will not pair
Nothing resolved. Left Ear Buds still won’t pair. You should send me a new pair.
Should have been handled by sound core life notes earbud should have been replaced to where I could use the left one there was no one you could talk to about. I had to go on YouTube and find out how to try to pair them a different way and none of it worked. Sorry, Service .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEIR HEADPHONES WILL BREAK!
- - The headphones are cheaply made, overpriced, and not repairable.
- - They broke after a few months; folding causes stress and cracks.
I bought the "Anker Soundcore Vortex Wireless Over-Ear Headphones" from them. Cheaply-made overpriced flimsy garbage.
I guarantee manufacturing cost is less than $5. It broke on me after a few months of using it. Despite the advertising, it turns out you're NOT supposed to fold the headphones (I found this out because that's what made it break). When these headphones are folded, it puts stress on the support, unacceptably far from the hinge.
You can see on the video how rough folding is on the support. There's a crack on that other side in the same place by the way. This is the product you get when the designers don't know anything about solid mechanics.
I tried to repair it, but I couldn't even get it open. The few screws on it are just for show, you can't separate the headphones where the screws are because of the wire connecting it.
I looked through the manual, but it says nothing about taking it apart. It all seems pretty locked-shut, and there's no way to access the components unless I broke it. Companies that sell irrepairable products that don't last are just churning your money.
Do they even test their products? If they did, they would know damn well it's not a $50 product (or they did, and they're intentionally overcharging, but everyone knows they are).
If I go buy headphones over $30, I expect a decent product. This is more like a $5 product.
I'm never buying from Soundcore again. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy overpriced audio equipment, because it's most likely just cheap garbage.
- Flimsy
- Badly-designed headphones
- Overpriced
User's recommendation: Don't buy from Soundcore
